• It is your responsibility to review, monitor, and update the training data to ensure accuracy.

4. User Data & Security

• You are responsible for the data you provide for training the chatbot.

• We ensure that data shared with us is stored securely and encrypted.

• We do not access internal systems or confidential information unless explicitly permitted by you.

• You can manage or update training data anytime through the client portal.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Our services are digital and subscription-based, and thus non-refundable.

• Once a plan or add-on is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it at any time. No future charges will apply after cancellation, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Free trial usage is limited to one time per business.
